We are seeking a talented Dynatrace Engineer to design, implement, and manage comprehensive observability strategies across our enterprise infrastructure, applications, and services. In this role, you will lead critical initiatives around monitoring, logging, tracing, and alerting to safeguard system reliability and overall performance. You will actively collaborate with diverse IT, operations, and business units to build stable environments.

responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end hands-on Dynatrace configuration, environment installation, and day-to-day platform management.
- Write, modify, and optimize complex queries using Dynatrace Query Language (DQL).
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and remediate systemic infrastructure issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to effectively define clear SLIs and SLOs.
qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of direct, hands-on experience working within Dynatrace environments.
Proven expertise writing and modifying Dynatrace Query Language (DQL) scripts.
Solid track record troubleshooting complex application performance and infrastructure alerts.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
