Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pega Lead Developer with strong expertise in Pega BPM to lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale Pega applications. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of Pega Infinity or Pega 25.1, hands-on experience with Pega Constellation, and strong experience designing scalable BPM solutions in Agile and cloud-based environments. This role requires strong leadership, architecture understanding, and the ability to collaborate across distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of enterprise applications using Pega BPM (PRPC)
• Design scalable Pega solutions including class structure, case types, workflows, integrations, and UI components
• Develop and maintain technical rules such as Data Pages, Activities, Data Transforms, Flows, Decision Rules, and Case Types following established branching strategies
• Design and implement user interfaces including Portals, Skins, Flow Actions, Sections, and UI components
• Implement integrations between Pega and external systems using REST/SOAP services, MQ, and file-based integrations
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams across multiple geographies
• Support production deployments, troubleshoot issues, and ensure application stability
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions
• Participate in architecture reviews, performance tuning, and platform upgrades
• Ensure adherence to security, DevSecOps, and development best practices

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience working with Pega BPM
• Strong experience with Pega Infinity or Pega 25.1
• Hands-on experience with Pega Constellation (mandatory)
• Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) certification required
• Strong experience in application design, BPM workflows, and case management
• Proficiency in SQL and relational database design with Oracle and PL/SQL
• Experience creating and managing Pega technical rules and application components
• Strong understanding of UX/UI concepts within Pega applications
• Experience handling production support and issue troubleshooting
• Experience working in Scaled Agile or Agile development environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Pega Smart Dispute, Pega DX APIs, and Pega Survey
• Experience deploying Pega applications in cloud or containerized environments
• Exposure to AWS cloud environments
• Experience with DevOps / CI/CD pipelines
• Working knowledge of React
• Experience with Pega upgrades and SI frameworks
