System Report Developer - Confidential

We are seeking a Senior Report Developer to design, build, and maintain enterprise data and reporting solutions. This role plays a key part in delivering accurate, high?performance business intelligence and analytics that support both operational and strategic decision?making.

You will partner closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, reliable SQL Server databases, ETL pipelines, and reporting solutions, with a strong emphasis on SSRS, SSIS, and ETL best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server databases, including complex T?SQL scripts, stored procedures, functions, views, and performance optimization.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain ETL packages using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) with BIDS/SSDT.
• Design and build enterprise?level reports and dashboards using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Schedule, monitor, and troubleshoot SSIS packages and SSRS reports using SQL Server Agent and Windows Task Scheduler.
• Develop and support ad?hoc reporting solutions for business stakeholders.
• Enhance, optimize, and maintain existing reports and ETL workflows.
• Perform data validation, transformation, and cleansing as part of ETL processes.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in production support, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of database and reporting solutions.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for ETL workflows, data models, and reporting logic.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands?on experience with SQL Server, including advanced T?SQL development.
• Proven expertise in SSRS for enterprise reporting and dashboard development (required).
• Proven expertise in SSIS for ETL development and data integration (required).
• Solid understanding of ETL concepts, data modeling, and data transformation best practices.
• Experience supporting production reporting systems and data pipelines.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem?solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience working in large?scale or enterprise BI environments.
• Exposure to data governance, data quality, or master data management concepts.
• Experience with performance tuning in high?volume SQL Server environments.
• Background supporting executive reporting or operational analytics.
