Position Overview

Memorial Health System is seeking an experienced Workday Finance & Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant to support ongoing initiatives, active projects, system enhancements, reporting needs, and operational support activities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Workday Financials and solid knowledge of Workday SCM, with the ability to support business process design, reporting, configuration, and project delivery efforts. Experience leading teams or managing resources is highly preferred.

This is a highly collaborative role that requires active participation in meetings and stakeholder discussions. Candidates must be comfortable working in a client-facing environment and are expected to remain on camera during meetings.

Key Responsibilities

Workday Financials & SCM Support

• Provide hands-on support for Workday Financials and Supply Chain Management (SCM) functions.
• Create, maintain, and optimize Workday Business Processes (BPs).
• Support and develop Calculated Fields (CVs).
• Perform system configuration and enhancement activities as needed.
• Assist with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ongoing system support.

Reporting & Analytics

• Develop, maintain, and support Workday reporting solutions.
• Create and enhance Workday reports, including Prism Analytics reporting.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver meaningful analytics solutions.

Project Support

Provide support for active and ongoing Workday initiatives, including:

• Adaptive Planning
• Vendor Portal
• Grants
• Hyland AP
• Additional project extensions as assigned

Leadership & Collaboration

• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders across multiple initiatives.
• Provide guidance and coordination across project activities.
• Leverage prior people management or team leadership experience to support project execution and stakeholder engagement.

Must-Have Experience

• Strong experience with Workday Financials.
• Good working knowledge of Workday Supply Chain Management (SCM).
• Experience creating and supporting:
  • Business Processes (BPs)
  • Calculated Fields (CVs)
  • Workday Reporting
  • Prism Analytics
• Experience supporting active Workday projects and system enhancements.
• Hands-on Workday configuration experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting:
  • Adaptive Planning
  • Vendor Portal
  • Grants
  • Hyland AP
• Previous people management, team lead, or supervisory experience.
