Azure Solution Architect

Required Skills & Experience

• Passion for solving business problems, rather than for technologies.
• Enterprise architecture background is a must. Strong ability to interact with both technical teams and business leadership (architectlevel capability), traversing the organization and repositioning across these groups, making sure business goals are achieved.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterpriselevel architecture, with a background in application development.
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., ArchiMate, TOGAF, BPMN, UML) and tools.
• Experience designing solutions in distributed systems, microservices, and integrationheavy environments.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and clouddeployment strategies.
• Experience working on largescale projects and large companies. Experience with either organizationlevel programs, service line or divisionlevel programs and involving multiple teams.
• Understand the longterm business objectives and suggest technical strategies to meet those objectives by introducing new / improving through technology.
• Proven ability to manage multiple products or streams in parallel without losing architectural coherence. Selfmanagement.
• Communication: Ability to clearly articulate both problems and proposed solutions.
