Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Identity Management Engineer to support multiple U.S. Air Force programs and their contractors. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle Identity and Access Management technologies, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and Department of Defense (DoD) security standards. This role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, architecture expertise, and the ability to provide customers with guidance on Oracle security and operational best practices.
Required Qualifications
• Extensive experience with Oracle Identity Services Suite.
• Strong expertise in:
o Oracle Access Management (OAM)
o Oracle Identity Governance (OIG)
o Oracle Identity Management (IDM)
o Oracle Audit Vault
o Oracle Database Firewall
• Experience integrating Oracle Identity products with DoD Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
• Experience implementing and supporting:
o Single Sign-On (SSO)
o Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
o Common Access Card (CAC) authentication
o Personal Identity Verification (PIV) authentication
• Strong understanding of DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and DoD security compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting Oracle solutions in both on-premises and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle architecture, installation, configuration, patching, upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve complex technical issues.
• Ability to provide technical leadership, customer guidance, and Oracle best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Middleware (FMW).
• Experience supporting U.S. Department of Defense or other federal government environments.
• Experience working within highly secure enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Support multiple U.S. Air Force programs and contractor organizations utilizing Oracle Identity technologies.
• Administer, configure, and support:
o Oracle Identity Management (IDM)
o Oracle Access Management (OAM)
o Oracle Identity Governance (OIG)
o Oracle Audit Vault
o Oracle Database Firewall
• Implement and support CAC/PIV authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
• Assist customers with Oracle architecture, solution design, installation, configuration, upgrades, and patch management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Oracle Identity Management and security-related issues.
• Optimize system performance and implement Oracle and DISA security best practices.
• Collaborate with government personnel and contractor teams to maintain secure, reliable, and compliant Oracle environments.
• Provide recommendations for Oracle architecture, security, and operational best practices.
