Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-departmental project teams and vendor resources.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation.
• Track project progress and report status to leadership.
• Ensure alignment with IT governance and security standards.
• Support AI and modernization initiatives across City departments.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years project management experience (Mid)
• 7+ years experience managing enterprise IT projects (Senior)
• Experience delivering complex IT or digital transformation projects

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification
• Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
• Experience with government or municipal IT programs
