About the Opportunity
Our client is a healthcare technology consulting and managed services organization supporting a major healthcare system through a large-scale communications modernization initiative. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Talkdesk experience to lead critical project workstreams focused on enterprise telephony and contact center transformation.
This role will support a major migration effort involving the transition of multiple legacy telephony platforms, including PBX, Cisco, and other voice systems, to Microsoft Teams Voice and modern cloud-based contact center solutions. The selected candidate will serve as a key leader responsible for coordinating stakeholders, managing project delivery, and ensuring successful execution across multiple teams.
Candidates with previous healthcare experience are highly preferred, as this position supports a large healthcare environment where communications systems play a critical role in patient access, operations, and customer experience.
Must-Have Requirements
  • Talkdesk implementation experience required
  • Experience leading large-scale telecom or telephony migration projects
  • Strong Microsoft Teams Voice experience
  • Experience with VoIP technologies and enterprise telephony environments
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience
  • 3+ years of Consulting experience
  • Experience managing project budgets, timelines, risks, and executive stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional technical and business teams

Strongly Preferred
  • Previous employment with a healthcare provider, hospital system, healthcare consulting firm, healthcare MSP, or healthcare technology organization
  • Experience supporting healthcare contact center or patient access initiatives
  • Experience working within healthcare or hospital environments
  • Experience migrating PBX, Cisco, Mitel, or other legacy voice platforms
  • Unified Communications experience
  • Cisco VoIP experience
  • PMP Certification
  • Experience supporting enterprise infrastructure or data center migration efforts

Responsibilities
Lead a critical workstream within a large-scale healthcare communications transformation program. Own project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder communication, status reporting, and overall project execution.
Partner with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to support the migration of legacy telephony environments to Microsoft Teams Voice and Talkdesk. Ensure project milestones are achieved on schedule while maintaining alignment with business objectives and operational requirements.
Facilitate project meetings, manage dependencies, remove roadblocks, coordinate resources, and provide regular executive-level updates. Maintain project documentation, track deliverables, and proactively identify risks that could impact timelines, budgets, or project outcomes.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
