Summary

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and cloud native .NET solutions. The ideal candidate will drive technical architecture, establish engineering best practices, mentor development teams, and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver enterprise grade applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design resilient, secure, and scalable cloud native .NET applications.
  • Lead the architecture and design of enterprise software solutions.
  • Mentor a team of 5 to 10 developers through technical guidance and code reviews.
  • Establish engineering standards, architectural patterns, and development best practices.
  • Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Develop critical application components and foundational frameworks.
  • Drive technical decision making across multiple projects.
  • Support Agile development practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills:

  • Mastery of .NET 8+, .NET Core, and ASP.NET Core.
  • Advanced expertise in C# and TypeScript.
  • Proven experience with Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Service Bus, and AKS.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Cosmos DB.
  • Expertise in Microservices, Domain Driven Design (DDD), and CQRS.
  • Strong experience building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

Preferred Skills:

  • 8+ years of software engineering experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Software Architect.
  • 2+ years of experience leading Agile development teams.

Expected Deliverables:

  • Enterprise Solution Architecture.
  • Cloud Native .NET Applications.
  • Technical Architecture Documents.
  • Engineering Standards and Best Practices.
  • Code Reviews and Technical Mentorship.
  • Scalable Frameworks and Reusable Components.

Education Requirement:

  • Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
