Position: Sr Infrastructure Devops-Open Position-CA
Type: contract to hire
Duration: 12+ months
Location: Pleasanton, CA (Remote) (Prefer candidates from California)

Responsibilities
Design solution options to meet business requirements.
Establishes and maintains a communication framework to ensure executive management can make informed decisions on IT investment options.
Develops, maintains, and enforces application standards to ensure convergence to the application strategy plan.
Develops best practice strategies to ensure near-term changes are aligned with long-term IT objectives.
Assists Data Scientists in delivering open source resources.
Knowledge of Blue Data a plus

REQUIRED SKILLS
a. Kubernetes (onprem)
b. Python 3+
d. Linux Administration
e. NFS and HDFS experience
f. CI/CD Packages
g. Big Data Storage Management:MapR storage, EMC Isilon, Vast storage
h. understanding of NFS, S3, SMB, Cifs mounting.
i. understanding with On-Prem Linux integration with Active Directory.
j.Install R, Rstudio, Jupyter notebook, Gitlab and administration
k.On-Prem infrastructure build out of Version Control:GitLab/GitHub
l.experience working in Apache Airflow
m.Weka, Qumulo and Vast
