Summary

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

Portfolio and Program Management support in Scaled Agile environments

Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Dashboarding)

Power BI or Tableau reporting and visualization (Nice to have)

Clarity, Jira or equivalent Agile Portfolio Management tools

Project financials, budget tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis

Resource planning and capacity management

RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management

Executive reporting and portfolio governance

Schedule management and milestone tracking

Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

Experience supporting Data & Analytics or Technology portfolios

Knowledge of SAFe Agile, or Portfolio Management frameworks

Roles & Responsibilities

Support Program Managers in managing a large Data & Analytics portfolio.

Maintain integrated portfolio plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery roadmaps.

Prepare executive-level portfolio status reports, dashboards, and governance materials.

Track project scope, budget, resource allocation, and schedule performance.

Monitor portfolio health metrics and identify delivery risks and issues.

Facilitate portfolio review meetings and governance forums.

Coordinate across Product Owners, Scrum Teams, Architects, and Business stakeholders.

Perform trend analysis, forecasting, and variance reporting.

Maintain RAID logs and drive follow-up actions to closure.

Provide insights to leadership for informed decision-making.

Assist in annual planning, quarterly planning, and investment prioritization activities.
