OverviewAs a Solid Waste Engineering Senior Project Manager for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), you'll be responsible for marketing and managing services to a broad range of clients with an emphasis in the Solid Waste Market. You will be responsible for developing and ensuring the implementation of effective strategies for expanding/growing new business opportunities. You'll work with the business operations team to influence and drive business and client development in a strategic and structured manner.
Qualifications- BS in Civil Engineering (MS is a plus);
- 15+ years of engineering consulting experience;
- Professional Engineering License (P.E.) a plus;
- Demonstrated client development and management success;
- Ability to develop and mentor staff;
- Technical expertise to prepare and review construction documents, including specifications;
- Experience with preparation of proposals and statements of qualification;
- AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Excel, Word, HydroCAD and other computer modeling software a plus.
