Summary

Title :Salesforce/Seismic Administrator-W2
Location : Covington, KY-Onsite 5 days per week --- Non locals are ok need to relocate and be onsite 5 days in a week
Duration : 12 months, long-term potential

The Role:
This administrator is responsible for partnering with business and technology teams to design, support, and improve Salesforce CRM solutions. The position focuses on gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into scalable system solutions, and ensuring Salesforce is optimized through hands-on administration using declarative tools. A major responsibility is maintaining Salesforce data quality by leading large-scale data hygiene initiatives, implementing governance standards, managing duplicate prevention and validation rules, and improving overall data integrity. The analyst will also provide production support, create documentation, and collaborate across teams in an agile environment to deliver user-focused solutions.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of systems analysis experience, 2+ years of application or production support, and hands-on experience administering Salesforce. Strong analytical skills are essential, including experience working with large datasets, relational databases, data modeling, SQL, Excel, and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake. Candidates should understand enterprise data ecosystems, ETL processes, and Salesforce tools like SOQL and Data Loader, while being comfortable performing root cause analysis and recommending data-driven process improvements. Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills are also critical, as the role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders and technology teams to drive scalable, high-quality CRM and data management solutions.

Must Have:

  • Seismic platform knowledge
  • Hands-on experience administering Salesforce using declarative tools
  • Experience significantly contributing to large-scale Salesforce data hygiene initiatives
  • Strong data analytics background with experience analyzing large datasets
  • Strong understanding of relational database concepts and data modeling.
