Summary

Job Summary We are seeking a Principal Security Analyst to provide hands-on OT cybersecurity analysis, support, tuning, and advisory services within manufacturing environments. This role bridges the gap between plant operations and enterprise cybersecurity teams, ensuring robust protection of industrial systems and networks. Key Responsibilities Del iver insights from OT security assessments at manufacturing sites. Collaborate with the Vulnerability Management team to identify OT cyber risks across PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, historians, and industrial networks. Partner with Risk Management to provide OT risk insights using OT security tools and metrics. Support tuning, normalization, and operational use of OT-related security tools. Provide insights from OT security tools for network segmentation, zoning, remote access, visibility, and endpoint protection. Work with Cyber SOC/IR teams on incident triage and plant-level investigations. Proactively identify, document, and recommend remediation for OT findings and risks. Align findings with IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82r3, NIST CSF, and CISv8 standards. Facilitate communication between Cyber teams, IT, MFG-IT, and Manufacturing Business Units. Required Qualifications 37 years of experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity or industrial networking. Proven ability to lead challenging initiatives across large groups. Strong communication skills. Expertise with Claroty xDome Security Visibility. Expertise in OT secure remote access and segmentation. Solid understanding of OT communications and assets in manufacturing environments. Knowledge of industrial protocols, Purdue Model, and OSI/TCPIP Model. Hands-on experience with secure remote access, OT visibility tools, and OT endpoint security solutions. Ability to translate OT visibility, monitoring responses, and vulnerability management inputs into actionable insights. Ability to work safely in plant environments. Preferred Qualifications Experience leading cross-functional cybersecurity initiatives in manufacturing settings. Certifications (if any) GICSP IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Fundamentalist Specialist (higher preferred) CISSP CompTIA Security+ (baseline) Cisco CCNA R&S/Security (preferred) Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Fundamentalist Specialist , Cisco CCNA R&S/Security
