Job Title: Teamcenter Business Analyst / Functional Consultant

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Teamcenter Business Analyst / Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) to support business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, engineering teams, and IT to implement and optimize solutions using Siemens Teamcenter.

This role requires a deep understanding of PLM processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements for PLM initiatives
• Conduct workshops and stakeholder meetings to define As-Is and To-Be processes
• Configure and support Teamcenter modules such as:
  • BOM (Bill of Materials) Management
  • Change Management (ECR/ECO)
  • Document & Workflow Management
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams
• Support system integration with ERP systems like SAP ERP
• Participate in system design discussions and solution validation
• Lead/User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and resolution coordination
• Provide end-user training and post-implementation support
• Ensure alignment with industry best practices in PLM and product development

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Functional Consultant in PLM domain
• Hands-on experience with Siemens Teamcenter
• Strong understanding of:
  • Product lifecycle processes
  • Engineering data management
  • Change & configuration management
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and documentation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in Agile / Waterfall environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or automotive industries
• Knowledge of Teamcenter integrations (CAD, ERP, MES systems)
• Exposure to Active Workspace (AWC)
• Experience with data migration and PLM implementations
• Prior onsite/client-facing experience in the US
