Role Overview
We need a Senior Cisco Meraki administrator to help with store network lifecycle and provide status updates to management by navigating the Meraki dashboard.
Core Responsibilities:
- Tracking and reporting on Inventory KPI s.
- Monitoring inventory of lifecycle devices.
- Creating and maintaining documentation related to network changes.
- Acting as an escalation point addressing anomalies.
- Verifying configuration of new devices.
- Ensuring lifecycled devices are removed from the Meraki dashboard.
- Providing detailed progress reports on lifecycle status.
Required Technical Skills
- : Expert-level knowledge of the Meraki Dashboard (MS, MX, MR, MV, SM).
- Networking Protocols: Strong understanding of BGP, OSPF, VLANs, STP, and VPN technologies.
- : Expertise in Wi-Fi standards, RF site surveys, and security.
Candidate is expected to provide on-call support on weekends for P1 tickets.
