We are seeking a Senior Technical Scrum Master to lead high-performing Scrum teams developing and enhancing software-based solutions to address complex manufacturing challenges. You will navigate a fast-paced environment, balancing sustaining operations with new product development while demonstrating technical agility and servant leadership.

responsibilities:
Orchestrate all agile ceremonies: Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Guide the team in applying Agile/Scrum values to maximize customer benefit and operational throughput.
Partner with the Product Owner to maintain a healthy, refined, and prioritized Product Backlog.
Serve as a Jira Administrator: Maintain templates, manage team access, configure Scrum/Kanban boards, and manage release versions/components.
Utilize advanced JQL (Jira Query Language) to provide data-driven insights and reporting.
Manage project status reporting across platforms such as Planisware, Smartsheets, and Confluence.
Identify bottlenecks and create actionable improvement plans for development teams.
Ensure all software development efforts adhere to strict Product Development Processes and Design Control Standards.
Report project health, risks, and tradeoff decisions to executive leadership.
Collaborate cross-functionally to bridge the gap between software development and manufacturing floor efficiency.
qualifications:
- 5+ years of related experience, including 3+ years specifically as a Scrum Master for software integration projects.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is required; PMP certification is strongly preferred.
- Expert-level proficiency with Jira and Confluence (Administrator level).
- Proven track record of bringing software technology products/solutions to market.
- Experience with manufacturing workflow software (LIMS / MES) is highly preferred.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to build consensus across wide-ranging functions (Engineering, Ops, Quality).
- Deep business knowledge of the Biotech, Life Sciences, or Medical Device industries.
