Graphic Designer

Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This Contract to permanent position offers the opportunity to contribute to a variety of design projects that align with our branding standards and marketing goals. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, a passion for graphic design, and a strong ability to collaborate with team members.

Responsibilities:
Develop design concepts for campaigns related to leasing, renewals, staffing, move-ins, and more.
Design a variety of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, banners, and digital ads.
Collaborate with creative team members to ensure cohesive and impactful content.
Maintain consistency with company branding across all design projects.
Utilize tools like Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva to create visually appealing designs.
Communicate the rationale behind design decisions to stakeholders.
Research and implement modern design trends to engage target audiences, primarily college students.
Assist in creating event materials, corporate manuals, training guides, and RFPs.
Develop taglines and other copywriting elements to complement visual designs.

Requirements

Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Cloud applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Experience with Canva for creating quick and effective designs.
Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to apply them consistently.
Ability to produce high-quality work within deadlines while managing multiple projects.
Excellent communication skills to explain design concepts and collaborate effectively.
Knowledge of current design trends and the ability to create innovative content.
Familiarity with designing materials for print and digital platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
