  • Experience building production data systems, including ETL and data processing workflows
  • Cloud platform experience in AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform, including services such as S3S, Lambda/Cloud Functions, SQS/Pub-Sub, and managed databases
  • Experience with Docker and containerized application development
  • Practical CI/CD experience with regular production deployments
  • Strong commitment to automated testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing
  • Strong fundamentals in version control, code reviews, testing, and documentation
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and team collaboration skills
  • Ability to translate data science needs into scalable platform abstractions

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Kubernetes experience, including EKS or GKE
  • Infrastructure-as-code familiarity with Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation
  • Experience integrating LLM APIs such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI, or Bedrock into applications
  • Experience with prompt engineering, token management, and error handling for LLM-enabled applications
  • Experience with data manipulation and analysis using pandas, NumPy, and SciPy
