responsibilities:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ideally 2+ years' related work experience, in communications, storytelling, or content development, ideally supporting technology, product, or delivery teams.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to simplify complex topics without losing meaning or precision.
- Demonstrable experience creating visual content such as presentation decks, videos, graphics and detailed Journey maps to support messaging.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint and visual storytelling tools; familiarity with design principles and layout best practices.
- Expertise and fluency with the Adobe Creative Suite, especially video creation and motion design
qualifications:
Experience working in highly matrixed, multi-functional environments with diverse team members and leadership levels and integrating with UXD for cross-collaboration.
Self-directed, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
