Project Overview

Washington State Ferries is modernizing its ticketing, reservations, terminal operations, and CRM systems. We’re seeking a Test Manager with strong Agile and Azure DevOps expertise to support delivery of upcoming TRM releases.

Key Responsibilities

Lead test planning and test management in Azure DevOps (Test Plans)
Establish Agile best practices; ensure requirements traceability
Define user acceptance criteria and readiness for go/no‑go decisions
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retros)
Support integrated project scheduling
Contribute to RFIs/RFPs and vendor evaluations

Required Skills

Advanced Scrum Master experience
Expert‑level Azure DevOps, including Test Plans
Ability to lead and coach testing teams (including non‑IT staff)
Strong communication, facilitation, and risk management
Proven experience establishing Agile testing best practices

Desired Skills

Certifications in Agile, Azure DevOps, or PMI
Experience with automated testing tools (CRM‑related preferred)

Work Details

40 hrs/week, Mon–Fri
Hybrid: Remote + onsite at WSF HQ (Seattle, WA)
Frequent in‑person meetings; occasional travel to ferry terminals
Must be available by April 1, 2026
