Program Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Program Manager in Madison, WI.

Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Program Project Manager with a strong background in ecommerce, digital transformation, and large-scale enterprise initiatives. The ideal candidate is a big picture thinker who understands how to coordinate multiple teams and work streams while keeping programs aligned to broader business goals. Candidates local to the Janesville area are preferred, but remote options may be considered for strong applicants.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead complex digital transformation and ecommerce programs across multiple teams and parallel work streams
* Drive planning, execution, and delivery using enterprise level program management practices
* Partner with business and technical leaders to define roadmaps, requirements, and success measurements
* Oversee and coordinate cross functional teams including engineering, UX, product, MarTech, and vendor partners
* Manage program level risks, dependencies, budgets, and timelines
* Facilitate communication across teams to ensure alignment and remove obstacles to progress
* Guide blueprinting and solution design efforts using Adobe tools or similar digital experience platforms
* Provide clear reporting to executives on status, milestones, risks, and decisions needed
* Support change management, adoption, and post launch improvement cycles

REQUIREMENTS:
* Proven experience leading enterprise level programs or large, multi-team projects
* Strong background in ecommerce or digital transformation initiatives
* Hands on involvement with Adobe blueprinting, Adobe Experience Cloud, or similar digital platform implementations
* Demonstrated success coordinating multiple work streams at once
* Ability to think at a program level, not just project execution
* Strong communication and leadership skills across business and technical audiences
* Experience guiding cross functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external vendors
* Local to the Janesville area preferred, but not required

Preferred Skills:
* PMP, SAFe, or similar certifications
* Background in matrixed enterprise environments
* Experience with enterprise change management
* Familiarity with digital experience platforms, ecommerce architecture, and customer journey design

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
