Join a collaborative team supporting supplier onboarding and enablement within a modern procurement environment. This remote contract role focuses on coordinating supplier setup, improving enablement workflows, and helping ensure smooth system integration across SAP Ariba and SAP Business Network.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end supplier onboarding process, ensuring documentation and system setup are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Support the integration of new and existing suppliers into procurement systems and enablement workflows.
- Manage supplier enablement tasks within SAP Business Network and monitor progress against requirements.
- Help identify opportunities to improve supplier onboarding and enablement processes.
- Work within SAP Ariba and SAP Business Network to support supplier management activities, including vendor setup and enablement configuration.
- Troubleshoot supplier data and transaction issues related to system integrations and data flow between SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to maintain clear communication and alignment throughout the enablement process.
- Maintain accurate records, track progress, and prepare reporting on supplier enablement activities and metrics.
- Support onboarding testing for new suppliers to help confirm readiness and system functionality.
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in supplier enablement, supplier program administration, or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba, especially supplier enablement and vendor management within SAP Business Network.
- Experience configuring supplier enablement processes to support business needs and operational efficiency.
- Strong understanding of supplier management processes and the flow of supplier data between SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
- Working knowledge of ANSI X12 and EDIFACT electronic data interchange formats.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Ability to build positive working relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with other procurement technologies or ERP platforms.
- Background in strategic sourcing principles and supplier relationship management.
- Prior experience supporting testing or validation for new supplier onboarding.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
