Summary

We are looking for a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Lead with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow Now Assist and Agentic AI implementations. The role involves designing scalable ServiceNow solutions, integrating upstream and downstream systems through Agentic AI, and translating business requirements into technical architecture and solution designs.

The ideal candidate should have experience creating user stories with clear functional acceptance criteria, strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities including MID Server and API integrations, and proven ability to manage client interactions, onsite-offshore delivery models, and offshore teams.
