Job Description: Business Analyst
Location:Richmond, VA 
Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in business and systems analysis, requirements documentation, SDLC, and Agile application development methodologies such as Scrum.

  • 8+ years of experience eliciting and documenting user requirements from multiple sources and preparing complex documentation for business users and developers.

  • 8+ years of experience supporting application development, maintenance, implementation, systems analysis and design, and business process improvement.

  • 8+ years of experience documenting business processes and mapping or developing processes for new systems.

  • 8+ years of experience testing complex systems to verify that business requirements are met.

  • 8+ years of experience conducting meetings and documenting project decisions.

  • 8+ years of experience collaborating with development teams, fostering teamwork, and communicating effectively both verbally and in writing.

  • Hands-on experience manually testing web applications.

  • Ability to develop and execute test plans and scripts according to established standards.

  • Ability to identify, document, and communicate application defects and deficiencies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of familiarity with web application development projects using .NET.

  • 2+ years of familiarity with documenting requirements in Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS).
