Job Description:
he AI Transformation Principal Architect is the senior-most technology leader responsible for defining and governing the enterprise AI architecture strategy, platforms, and operating model. The role translates business vision into scalable AI solutions, drives enterprise-wide AI adoption, establishes governance and Responsible AI standards, and provides technical leadership across AI transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the enterprise AI vision, target-state architecture, and transformation roadmap aligned to business strategy.
- Lead architecture and design for AI ecosystems spanning GenAI, AI/ML, agentic AI, data platforms, and cloud infrastructure.
- Establish architecture standards, reusable patterns, reference architectures, and governance frameworks for enterprise AI adoption.
- Provide technical oversight for AI solutions including LLMs, RAG, vector databases, AI agents, model serving, observability, and security.
- Design AI-enabled operating models, organizational structures, and SDLC transformation strategies.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and guide enterprise technology selection and investment decisions.
- Establish Responsible AI, security, privacy, compliance, and risk management standards.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executives, translating business objectives into AI technology strategies and roadmaps.
- Lead architecture communities, mentor architects and engineers, and build AI Centers of Excellence (CoE).
