Experience Required:
* 14+ Years Total Experience
* PMP Certification Mandatory
* Healthcare / Public Health experience required
* Experience working with State of Texas agencies using Agile methodologies

Job Responsibilities:
Develop software solutions by analyzing information needs, working with users, studying system flow, data usage, and business processes. Investigate problem areas and design system specifications, standards, and programming solutions.

Technical Skills Required:
* SaaS / PaaS environment experience 8+ years
* Dynamics 365, PowerApps, Power Automate 5+ years
* Microsoft Power Platform development 4+ years
* Canvas Apps & Model-Driven Apps development using Dataverse / SharePoint / other DBs 2+ years
* Power Automate Flows, Desktop Flows, Business Process Flows 1+ year
* Dataverse tables understanding 1+ year
* Power Pages portals 1+ year
* Power Platform CoE Admin Center 1+ year
* Articulate / Reach 360 1+ year

Preferred:
* Agile development & sprint planning
* Power Platform mobile apps development
* Microsoft Power Platform certification
* Strong communication & teamwork skills
