Job description

• Provides functional expertise across Oracle Fusion Finance, AP, AR, GL, Cash Management, Project Accounting, and Project Billing modules and supports the program through CRP SIT and UAT testing phases
• Serves as an additional subject matter expert to ensure Oracle Fusion leading practices are applied
• Reviews and validates integration builds during SIT and UAT to ensure quality alignment and readiness for deployment

Seeking an experienced Associate Principal to lead Oracle Cloud ERP Functional Testing in Financials within the Oracle SaaS Validation domain

Job Description 

• Lead and manage functional testing activities for Oracle Cloud ERP Financial modules to ensure high quality and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test strategies
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts focused on Oracle Cloud ERP Financials
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues promptly
• Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and methodologies within the Oracle SaaS validation framework.
• Mentor and guide junior testers and functional consultants in best practices for ERP functional testing.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud ERP Financials features and enhancements to align testing efforts accordingly

Roles and Responsibilities 

• Own the end-to-end Oracle Cloud ERP Functional testing lifecycle for Financial modules.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams for requirement validation and testing scope
• Design and implement test automation strategies where applicable to increase efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and regulatory requirements during testing.
• Lead defect management processes, including logging, tracking and retesting defects.
• Provide regular status reports and testing metrics to senior management.
• Drive knowledge sharing sessions and training for team members on Oracle Cloud ERP Financial testing.
• Support UAT and production rollout activities by providing expertise and issue resolution
