Description:
Implements inventory audits and other related inventory transactions to measure accuracy. Compiles inventory audit requirements with the client and other companies. Works out reports of inventory. Supervises/Work Directs salary and/or wage personnel (Cycle Counters lower level Inventory Analyst).
Duties:
Monitors and coordinates various manufacturing and/or materials processes to insure they are functional designed e.g. Return Goods Authorization (RGA) Process cycle counting process or disposition of excess material. Works to resolve inventory related questions and issues e.g. participating in factory teams to improve inventory turns and accuracy. Coordinates and analyzes daily monthly and/or annual inventory audits e.g. engine audits or audits to test the financial accuracy. Prepares and reviews various perpetual inventory reports. Provides work direction and/or coaching as necessary to less experienced personnel; ensures completion of administrative support to the Human Resources processes.
Current Responsibilities:
Review Count Cards and Adjust inventory accordingly
Audit Adjustments of fellow coordinators
Work closely with Operations, Perpetual Inventory Coordinators/Supervisor, and wage counters to ensure point of use inventory accuracy
Reconcile inventory discrepancies and understand what needs to be done to correct and prevent future occurrences
Participate in quarterly inventory audits
Support EWM implementation by:
Collaborating with SCW team on enhancement launches
Coordinate wage training requirements, scheduling and tracking
Assist with development of relevant dashboards and tools
SAP Responsibilities:
Notify other teams of issues that need their attention (e.g., inspection, maintenance (PowerApp), etc.)
Conduct part movement research and other analysis
Analyze counts and create tasks for departments to resolve those newly created exceptions to clean up mixed bins
Monitor queues to ensure throughput and flow
Fix queue/RF issues as needed
Post/finalize count adjustments that are above the threshold for counters

This role candidates will need to be opened to all shifts. Due to production schedule at this time, we do not have a set schedule. Please see hours below:
6:00 AM - 2:30 PM CST
2:30 PM - 10:00 PM CST
10:00 PM - 6:00 AM CST
OT hours will be required by the client if requested. Metatarsal safety boots are required on their first day.
