We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to design, develop, and refine mechanical systems and components for cutting-edge robotic products. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create reliable and high-performance robotic solutions. Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mechanical systems for AI robots.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical, electrical, and software components.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to evaluate designs.
  • Create engineering drawings, specifications, and documentation for manufacturing.
  • Work closely with vendors to design and develop various modules.
  • Perform prototype fabrication, testing, and validation to meet performance, reliability, and safety standards.

Requirements
  • Master's degree or PhD in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in robotics or automation.
  • Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
  • Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and mechanical systems.
  • Experience with FEA and other simulation tools.
  • Proven track record of leading projects from concept to production.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Requires 5 days/week in-office collaboration with the teams.

Bonus Qualifications
  • Experience with robotics, mechatronics, or automation.
  • Familiarity with actuators, sensors, and control systems.
  • Rapid prototyping techniques.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards in robotics.
