Summary

Job Title: Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – W2 Only

Required Skills

12+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, EKS, ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM).
Strong experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration.
Proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Shell scripting.
Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Datadog, ELK, or CloudWatch.
Knowledge of Linux administration, networking, DNS, load balancing, and security best practices.
Experience with incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and production support.

Responsibilities

Build, automate, and maintain highly available and scalable cloud infrastructure.
Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments.
Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability using observability tools.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and operational tasks using IaC.
Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to improve system reliability and performance.
Implement security, backup, disaster recovery, and compliance best practices.
Participate in on-call support and drive continuous operational improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
AWS Certification (Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer, or SysOps) is preferred.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
