HPE SimpliVity Infrastructure Engineer (This is part time role)

Job Title - HPE Infrastructure Engineer  Job Location - REMOTE Job type - Part time 

HPE SimpliVity   Hardware Support Engineer:
Hardware Skills required:

2. System Management, Patch Management & Ongoing Support: Proactively manage and maintain the HPE Simplivity, Broadcom (VMware), and HPE Aruba network switch environment. This includes regular firmware, patches, updates, and upgrades.

3. Upgrades and New Version Integration: Plan and execute major version upgrades for the Broadcom (VMware) and HPE Simplivity environments   following manufacturer-specific (HPE) upgrade paths and best practices.

4. who is ready to work on Friday evening or Weekends for the Upgrades or Maintenance and willing to go and support onsite, if needed.
   

HPE SimpliVity VMWare and Windows OS support System Admin:

Software (Windows and VMWare) skills required:

1. VMWare Virtual Machine Management: Provide ongoing support for the virtual machines running in the environment, including troubleshooting and performance optimization.
2. VMWare (latest) OS, Windows (latest) Server OS Sys Admin skills, OS Performance Monitoring, Upgrades and Troubleshooting skills required

Proactive Monitoring and Reporting: Implement monitoring solutions to track the health and performance of all infrastructure components and provide monthly reports to the City's IT staff.
