Job Purpose:
What does a great Implementation Manager do?
The Professional Services team for Bank s Enterprise Performance Management line drives successful implementations for clients using our Prologue Financials accounting software. We also provide consulting services to existing clients, including training, data conversion, and guidance on best practices for software utilization.
You will work closely with consultants, management and leadership, both internally and externally, to support our clients and achieve success in deploying our solutions and services. This includes, upgrades, new installations and building service offerings for various solutions in our product line. EPM solutions are offered both on premise and in our hosted/ASP data center. We believe this is a critical role working with our domain experts and project managers within the Digital and Financial Solutions line of business.
Additionally, you will lead a team of professionals to implement Bank s Prologue Financials accounting suite including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Fixed Assets. Your primary responsibility will be managing the operation of configuring, converting, and loading historical data into Prologue for clients who have recently purchased the product. You will also engage in the scoping of custom data-related projects and manage the tools used to execute projects for Prologue clients. These projects include, among others, restructuring a client s chart of accounts, updating vendor of fixed asset data via scripting, and updating the client s fiscal year-end.

As an Implementation Manager, you can look forward to:
- Leading a team of diverse associates to deliver on commitments for client deployments
- Working with clients and leading internal team members in successfully delivering services on assigned projects
- Managing the team that converts client data into Prologue-friendly format and imports the data into the system, retaining all meaningful data points.
- Working with internal data team on explaining discrepancies or exceptions to clients.
- Advising internal data team on client financials and validation reports through the Prologue report writer used by client to resolve any findings.
- Partnering with the Business Consultants, Project Managers and Project Team to craft a solution to fulfill and prioritize the client s business requirements.
- Identifying and implementing solutions to automate, or otherwise build efficiencies for, the various steps required for building out client databases encouraging an environment of continual improvement.
Basic qualifications for consideration:
- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent Communication skills
- Previous experience in direct management or supervision of staff
- 5+ years of work experience in an Implementation/Project Management position
- 5+ years of applicable experience in data analysis skills, including managing, querying, and/or reporting from databases, preferably in a banking environment.
- 5+ years experience in financial accounting, including basic understanding of general ledger operations and software.
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office, including MS Excel with demonstrated experience creating pivot tables, v lookups, and macros
- Proven capability to collaborate with client as well as internal teams to define software deployment and configuration strategy that aligns with the bank client s business objectives.
Preferred qualifications for consideration:
- Knowledge and experience with Bank software solutions
- Experience with relational databases and script creation
- Experience with Bank s Prologue Financials, or other financial accounting systems
