Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Payroll Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud US Payroll. The candidate should have hands-on functional experience in implementation, configuration, business process analysis, and production support of Oracle HCM Payroll.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional configuration and implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
• Configure payroll elements, eligibility rules, calculation cards, payroll balances, and payroll definitions.
• Configure and manage payroll flows, payment methods, costing, and payroll processes.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of US payroll processes, including federal, state, and local tax requirements.
• Handle retroactive pay, payroll adjustments, deductions, and statutory calculations.
• Work on payroll validation, reconciliation, parallel testing, and year-end activities.
• Conduct functional workshops and interact with HR, Payroll, and Finance stakeholders.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and process documentation.
• Provide production support, troubleshoot payroll issues, and recommend functional improvements.
• Support SIT, UAT, and end-to-end payroll testing.

Required Skills

• Strong functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud Payroll.
• Hands-on experience with US Payroll implementation and support.
• Expertise in payroll configuration, elements, balances, and calculation cards.
• Strong knowledge of US payroll legislation and tax requirements.
• Experience with payroll costing, reconciliation, and payroll flows.
• Experience in requirement gathering, functional documentation, and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll certification.
• Experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• Knowledge of Core HR, Absence Management, and Benefits modules.
• Experience working with US-based clients and business stakeholders.
