Looking for people Working on the customer side applications (Customer data with Grid, 360 Customer experience, SSP & Mobile Apps, Demand Management, DERMS, AMI Data Analytics, Omni channel customer experience)
Required Qualifications
· 10+ years of IT experience.
· 5+ years in Architecture roles.
· Strong experience in Energy & Utilities domain.
· Experience in system integration and enterprise architecture.
· Strong knowledge of API design and cloud-native architectures.
· Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
Domain Expertise (Energy & Utilities)
· Provide expertise in:
o Customer onboarding & service requests
o Meter-to-cash process
o Billing & invoicing
o Tariff & rate configuration
o Credit & collections
o Regulatory compliance
· Understand electricity, gas, or water utility operations.
Technology & Integration
· Architect solutions involving:
o REST/SOAP APIs, ESB, Microservices
o Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform)
· Define data integration, event-driven architectures, and API strategies.
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
· Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners.
· Translate business requirements into technical architecture.
· Lead design reviews and governance forums.
· Provide technical leadership to development teams.
Compliance & Security
· Ensure compliance with energy regulatory requirements.
· Implement data privacy and cybersecurity best practices.
· Define audit, logging, and monitoring strategies.
Preferred Experience
· Experience with digital transformation programs.
· TOGAF or equivalent certification.
· Experience in large-scale utility modernization programs.
