Forward Deployed Engineer - New York, NY - Contract - $73-83 Per HR
Description
This is an embedded, client-facing engineering role in New York, NY, working onsite. The Forward Deployed Engineer will collaborate with business users, technology teams, and other stakeholders to build AI solutions. The role requires strong software engineering skills and experience with AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Embed with Fixed Income teams to understand workflows and identify AI opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions.
- Design and build AI applications using generic technology frameworks.
- Develop AI solutions for knowledge retrieval, workflow automation, and more.
- Ensure solutions meet security, data privacy, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with programming languages and modern software practices.
- Experience building applications using APIs, databases, and cloud services.
- Ability to work directly with stakeholders and convert business problems into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills for explaining AI concepts and design choices.
