Required skills:

• Design and own enterprise messaging architectures using Apache Kafka , including topic design, schema governance, and multi-cluster strategies
• Integrate messaging infrastructure into CI/CD pipelines and establish GitOps workflows for configuration management across dev, staging, and production environments
• Define infrastructure-as-code standards for messaging resource provisioning using Terraform, Helm, or equivalent tooling
• Establish security, observability, and resilience standards covering encryption, access control, monitoring, and disaster recovery
• Create architectural standards and reusable pipeline templates to enable development teams to self-serve messaging capabilities consistently
• Mentor engineering teams on event-driven patterns (event sourcing, pub/sub, saga, CQRS)
• Nice to have skills:
• Partner with Platform, DevOps, Data Engineering, and Security teams to align messaging strategy with broader enterprise architecture goals

• An Application Developer with expertise in Cloud Integration is responsible for creating and maintaining Integration applications for Cloud migrations and support. This individual has hands-on experience with various cloud integration and containerization tools, including App Connect Enterprise, API Connect, Datapower, APIGEE, Kafka, Aspera, Kong, Snaplogic, webMethods.io, Boomi and Workato. The role requires a strong understanding of cloud-based architectures and the ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot Integration solutions in a cloud environment
