Job Description
Capgemini is seeking an experienced Full Stack Engineer/Developer to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Angular 16+, JavaScript/TypeScript, and RESTful APIs, along with exposure to AWS, Docker, and DevOps practices.
The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop scalable, secure, and high-performance applications while following Agile development methodologies and software engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack enterprise applications.
- Build backend services and RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC.
- Develop responsive and interactive frontend applications using Angular 16+, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs.
- Follow object-oriented programming principles, coding standards, and common design patterns.
- Implement secure application development practices and ensure adequate test coverage.
- Work with application architecture, integration frameworks, and orchestration tools such as Apache Camel.
- Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, development, testing, and deployment.
- Support application deployment and management using AWS and Docker.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines, source control management, monitoring, and deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely resolutions.
Required Technical Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Java / Java EE.
- Experience with Spring Boot and Spring MVC.
- Strong frontend development experience with Angular 16+.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, Node.js, and NPM.
- Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of Apache Tomcat, Maven, and SLF4j.
- Experience with AWS cloud deployment and application management.
- Knowledge of Docker containerization.
- Understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
Preferred / Additional Skills
- Experience with Apache Camel and enterprise application integration.
- Knowledge of Jasmine and Karma testing frameworks.
- Understanding of application architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional development teams.
