RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is seeking a Client Support Advisor (Banking) who will serve as a trusted support partner to business clients-helping them navigate banking platforms, troubleshoot issues, and better understand the tools that keep their businesses moving.

Duties:
* Serve as a client-facing point of contact to support day-to-day banking and treasury service needs
* Assist clients with online banking access, including password resets, user administration, navigation, and multi-factor authentication support
* Support depository products such as checking (DDA), money market accounts (MMA), certificates of deposit (CD), account analysis, check clearing, and mobile/remote deposit capture
* Provide navigation and research support for domestic and international wire payments
* Assist with cash management products including ACH services, bill pay, lockbox, positive pay, investment cash sweep, and international solutions (letters of credit, foreign exchange, multi-currency accounts)
* Help troubleshoot accounting software integrations, with a strong focus on QuickBooks synchronization
* Support fraud monitoring activities and assist with risk identification and resolution, including ACH blocks and filters
* Provide technical assistance with payment file imports and transaction troubleshooting
* Deliver a high standard of customer service through clear communication, responsiveness, and problem-solving
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a closely related field (highly preferred)
* Strong interest in client-facing work and willingness to actively engage with customers
* Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Strong attention to detail with an aptitude for learning new systems and financial products
Ability and willingness to learn banking, treasury, and payment-related tools, including:
* Online banking platforms and administration tools
* Cash management and payment products
* Wire payments, ACH, and fraud-prevention features
* Merchant services and business credit/debit card fundamentals
* Payment processing and file import troubleshooting
This Role Offers:
This position offers hands-on exposure to real-world banking operations, payments, and cash management solutions-making it an ideal stepping stone for candidates looking to grow a career in finance, treasury services, or banking technology. This role starts as a contract position for one year with potential to convert to FTE with Kforce's client thereafter. The role require one day a month in office and can be performed remotely otherwise.
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
