Summary

Project Description

Client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead delivery of a strategic Warehouse Management transformation program centered around the implementation and rollout of Manhattan WMOS (Warehouse Management for Open Systems).

This individual will serve as the senior program leader responsible for driving the overall delivery plan, managing complex cross-functional dependencies, and partnering directly with executive stakeholders across Technology, Product, Supply Chain, Logistics Operations, and third-party vendors.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience delivering large-scale warehouse management, ERP, manufacturing, or other enterprise vendor platform implementations from inception through deployment. While direct Manhattan WMOS experience is highly desirable, we are equally interested in candidates who have successfully led large, technically complex vendor-platform transformations and can quickly gain credibility across business and technical teams.

This is not a coordination-focused PM role. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader who can independently drive execution, challenge assumptions, make informed recommendations, and operate as a trusted partner to senior Product and Delivery leadership. The role requires someone who can build the plan, own the plan, and drive accountability for execution across multiple workstreams and organizations.

(Must haves)

  • 12+ years of program and project management experience leading large-scale enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Direct experience implementing Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan WMOS strongly preferred).

  • 8+ years relevant experience in Logistics, Supply Chain and Retail experience
  • Deep Technical understanding of Logistics IT systems, design, and architecture know-how.

  • In depth understanding and proficiency of project management methodology/tools, including Jira, Rally etc., for Software Development Life Cycle
  • Certification in SAFe and any other relevant Agile proficiency area is preferred.
  • Proven ability in tracking and analyzing project metrics and trends
  • Proven ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs and evaluate new ideas with partners across the organization
  • Bachelor''s or master’s in Computer’s Science Applications or equivalent work experience
  • Strong team collaboration, facilitation, communication, and influence skills
