Baer is looking for SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Lead for a 8+ month project located in San Diego, CA
Title: SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Lead
Location: Hybrid - San Diego, CA (Up to 40% / approximately 1 week per month)
Duration: 8 months
Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed
Alignment: W2 or C2C
Overview
Seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Lead to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Talent Management solutions. Strong hands-on expertise in Performance & Goals, Succession Planning, Career Development Planning, and Compensation is required.
Description:

• Lead Talent Management design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Lead client workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Configure and support PM/GM, Succession, CDP, and Compensation.
• Coordinate with Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, integration, reporting, and technical teams.
• Support testing, data migration, cutover, and go-live.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and functional team activities.
• Provide guidance to onshore/offshore consultants and communicate with client stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management experience.
• Expertise in Performance & Goals, Succession, CDP, and Compensation.
• Experience leading at least one end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation.
• Strong configuration, solution design, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading or coordinating onshore/offshore teams.
• SuccessFactors certification preferred.
