Role# 1 Job Title- Actimize CDD Technical Consultant

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Actimize CDD Technical Consultant to support implementation, enhancement, and production readiness of NICE Actimize Customer Due Diligence (CDD) solutions as part of enterprise Financial Crime Compliance platforms. The consultant will be responsible for technical configuration, integration, customization, and performance optimization of Actimize CDD within complex regulatory environments.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Implementation & Configuration
Configure and customize NICE Actimize CDD modules, including customer risk scoring, due diligence workflows, alerts, and case management components.
Implement rule logic, thresholds, and parameters to support KYC/CDD regulatory requirements.
Support upgrades and migrations across Actimize platform versions (e.g., ActOne, AIS).
Integration & Data Management
Design and implement integrations between Actimize CDD and upstream/downstream systems (core banking, customer data hubs, sanctions, AML).
Develop and optimize data ingestion workflows, mappings, and transformations from source systems into Actimize data models.
Work closely with ETL teams to ensure data quality, reconciliation, and completeness.
Customization & Development
Develop and maintain custom extensions, UI configurations, reports, and technical components within Actimize CDD.
Support correlation logic and customer lifecycle workflows across onboarding, periodic review, and eventdriven refresh.
Assist with performance tuning, batch optimization, and issue resolution.
Testing & Regulatory Readiness
Support SIT/UAT by preparing test data, validating scenarios, and resolving technical defects.
Assist in regulatory equivalence validation, including alert behavior, workflows, and reporting.
Support audit, model validation, and compliance review activities related to CDD.
Environment & Production Support
Support deployments across DEV, QA, PreProd, and PROD environments.
Provide production support, root cause analysis, and defect remediation within warranty or support periods.
Participate in cutovers, parallel runs, and postgolive stabilization.

Required Skills & Experience:
5–8+ years of experience in Financial Crime / AML platforms
Strong handson experience with NICE Actimize CDD
Solid understanding of KYC, CDD, EDD, and customer risk assessment processes
Experience with Actimize AIS / ActOne architecture
Technical Skills:
Strong SQL and database experience (Oracle / SQL Server)
Experience with data models, batch processing, and scheduler frameworks
Familiarity with APIs, filebased integrations, and ETL pipelines
Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
Nice to Have:
Experience across broader Actimize suite (SAM, RCM, IFM, CLM)
Prior experience with large US banks or regulatorydriven programs
Exposure to platform upgrades, cloud migrations, or scheduler modernization (e.g., Airflow)
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

Role# 2 Job Title- Actimize Developer 
Role Summary:
This role will serve as a developer for a single work stream or sub-component of a larger program Trade Surveillances. Depending on the complexity of the work stream, role may be assigned to support more than one work stream or function. The contractor will be partnered with a line-of-business leader or other technology leaders depending on the work stream that has been assigned to. Trade Surveillance heavily utilize Actimize Risk Case Manager, Actimize Intelligent Server that sources data from Hadoop platform, requires highly skilled Actimize developer for to strategize, design, develop and automate surveillances process flow to support the business functions. The candidate should have solid experience in Actimize Risk Case Manager/Designer, and Actimize Intelligent Server development for a very large data warehouse environment. Good understanding of Actimize server components and impact analysis skill on those components are essential. Integration knowledge to Oracle/Other RDBMS and AutoSys is very essential. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem solver that actively engages with end users and offers solutions that improve and streamline processes.

Required Skill:
To be able to design, build and implement customized Actimize solution using Risk Case Manager, Actimize Visual Modeler, Actimize Designer, Oracle/PLSQL, AUTOSYS JIL and UNIX shell scripts

• Agile Development utilizing SCRUM and SDLC. Enjoy working on a diverse set of projects and working part of a fast paced team.
• Interface with various developers, scrum masters and analyst to prepare designs for new applications and documents all processes to ensure effective evaluation of all applications in JIRA. Ticket driven work environment with strict standards in JIRA.
• Analyze and ensure efficient transition of all technical design documents and develop various Actimize packages to provide support to all application developers.
• Delivery focused techno-functional role. Candidates must have more than 5 plus years of development experience in Actimize Risk Case Manager, Actimize Intelligent Server, Actimize Case Manager Designer, and Oracle/PL SQL.
• More than 3 years of SQL experience and ability to develop Actimize repository queries is a MUST.
• Heavy hands on experience of more than 5 years of Actimize Risk Case Manager, Actimize Intelligent Server upgrade is a MUST.
• Hands on experience of more than 7 years of Build and Release orchestration tools is required.
• Experience in data quality approaches and techniques is a must.
• Excellent written and communication skills and ability to clearly indicate data integration solution designs and implementations.
• Agile experience is a MUST.
• Financial Services / Banking experience is a MUST.
• Experience in working with larger projects involving multiple groups including near shore and offshore teams.
• Compliance law, rule and regulation knowledge is essential.
