Project Manager

Introduction:

This role involves leading end-to-end program governance for multiple cybersecurity initiatives. The Project Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive-level dashboards. They will drive accountability across technical and business stakeholders to ensure commitments are delivered on schedule and facilitate various governance meetings and executive communications.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end program governance for multiple cybersecurity initiatives.
• Develop and maintain integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and executive-level dashboards.
• Drive accountability across technical and business stakeholders to ensure commitments are delivered on schedule.
• Facilitate executive steering committees, leadership reviews, and bi-weekly governance meetings.
• Prepare concise executive communications, status reports, decision papers, and leadership presentations.
• Identify risks, issues, and blockers early and drive resolution through appropriate escalation channels.
• Track program KPIs, remediation progress, SLA adherence, and compliance metrics.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across global stakeholders.

Requirements:

Required Experience:

• 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience leading large enterprise technology initiatives.
• Experience managing Information Security, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, or Technology Transformation programs.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership, executives, and technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence skills across multiple organizations.
• Experience managing complex programs with multiple workstreams, dependencies, and executive visibility.
• Proficiency with project management and reporting tools such as Smartsheet, Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
• Experience developing executive dashboards, KPIs, and governance reporting.
