Summary
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Python Software Engineer with strong expertise in cloud-native application development and OpenShift deployments. This is a hands-on software engineering role, not a traditional DevOps or CI/CD administration position.
The ideal candidate should have experience developing Python applications and deploying them into production using CI/CD pipelines on OpenShift/Kubernetes environments.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of Python software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience developing enterprise-grade Python applications.
- Experience deploying applications using CI/CD pipelines.
- Real-world production experience with OpenShift (OCP) and/or Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of containerized application deployment and release processes.
- Experience troubleshooting deployment failures, container image issues, and production release problems.
- Experience working in enterprise software development environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native application architecture.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with container technologies such as Docker.
- Familiarity with Git-based version control and modern DevOps practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
