Summary

Requirements:

5 or more years of experience in technical or strategic product management.
Proficiency in Health and Human Services (HHS) technology delivery for federally funded programs like SNAP or Medicaid.
Experience with complex legacy systems and intricate data structures in high-scale environments.
Experience in Agile methodologies and user-centered design frameworks.
Experience with multi-vendor management and leading cross-functional teams in government contexts.
Experience in change management and utilizing analytics to drive product decisions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Drive and execute a strategic product roadmap to meet mandated compliance requirements.
Define project success measures and align technical solutions with organizational goals.
Lead cross-functional teams to assess opportunities and execute implementation plans.
Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT groups, and external vendors.
Translate policy goals and administrative mandates into actionable digital product solutions.
Facilitate the development of business, functional, and systems requirements through workshops and analysis.
Synthesize research findings into actionable recommendations for executive-level audiences.
