Job DescriptionThis position follows our hybrid workstyle policy: Expected to be in a Raymond James office location a minimum of 10-12 days a month.Please note: This role is not eligible for Work Visa sponsorship, either currently or in the future.Technical Skills/Experience:Infrastructure Operations- Oversee daily support and maintenance of virtualization platforms and Cisco UCS compute environments.
- Monitor performance, capacity, and availability of infrastructure systems.
- Coordinate routine maintenance, patching, and hardware/software lifecycle activities.
- Ensure timely resolution of operational issues and escalate when necessary.
Automation & Process Execution- Supervise day-to-day execution and maintenance of Infrastructure as Code workflows (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
- Ensure automation processes for provisioning and configuration run accurately and consistently.
- Support operational integration of automation workflows with ServiceNow.
ServiceNow Operational Support- Oversee updates and day-to-day administration of ServiceNow modules used by infrastructure teams.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate resolution of ServiceNow workflow or integration issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation for ServiceNow processes and infrastructure requests.
Qualifications- Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) practices.
- Demonstrated experience supervising technical teams or leading day-to-day operations.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
EducationBachelor's: Computer and Information Science, Bachelor's: Information Technology, High School (HS) (Required)
Work ExperienceGeneral Experience - 6 to 10 years, Manager Experience - 3 to 6 years
