Job Description:   

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with strong hands-on SAP S/4 Finance implementation experience, specializing in Treasury. This is a purely hands-on, execution-focused role, not a people-lead or strategy-only position.

The ideal candidate is a functional SME who has worked closely with engineering teams, translating finance and treasury business requirements into technical deliverables, and actively supporting build, test, and rollout activities.

This role operates in a metrics-driven environment with committed roadmaps and requires someone who can hit the ground running with minimal guidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive SAP S/4 Finance capabilities with a strong focus on Treasury.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements for engineering teams.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items.
• Work directly with engineers during design, build, testing, and deployment.
• Perform hands-on system validation:

• Navigate SAP systems.
• Validate end-to-end flows.
• Take screenshots.
• Support UAT / PAT activities.
• Ensure tight integration between Treasury and FI / Accounting.
• Partner daily with Accounting, Treasury, Tax, AR/AP, and Engineering teams.
• Support transformation initiatives across treasury and finance platforms.

MUST-HAVE Requirements (Non-Negotiable):

• SAP Finance & Treasury Expertise.
• Strong SAP S/4 Finance (FI) functional background.
• Deep Treasury experience, including:

• Treasury Management Systems (TMS).
• FSCM (Financial Supply Chain Management).
• Cash Management & Forecasting.
• FX & Risk Management.
• Treasury Accounting.
• Clear understanding of FI ↔ Treasury dependencies and integrations.

• Hands-On Implementation Experience.
• Proven hands-on SAP implementation experience.
• Experience working directly with engineering teams.
• Comfortable doing day-to-day execution work (not delegating).

Ability to independently:

• Write detailed stories.
• Validate configurations.
• Support testing and delivery.
• Product Management & Delivery.
• Experience in Product Manager / Product Owner roles in enterprise IT.
• Strong experience bridging business + engineering.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, metrics-driven environments.

Good-to-Have Qualifications:

• Experience in subscription-based or software/SaaS business models.
• Prior work in large-scale finance or treasury transformations.
• Familiarity with enterprise accounting organizations and processes.
