Key Responsibilities
- Design and lead enterprise-level ServiceNow architecture and implementation.
- Define technical architecture, platform strategy, and solution roadmaps.
- Architect solutions across ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, and SecOps.
- Lead platform integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and other integration technologies.
- Establish architecture standards, governance, security, scalability, and performance best practices.
- Guide technical teams on custom application development, scripting, and platform configuration.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and technical leads.
- Review technical designs and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
- Lead platform upgrades, instance strategy, and technical debt reduction.
- Mentor developers, technical consultants, and solution architects.
Required Skills
- Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform and enterprise architecture.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow application architecture and platform capabilities.
- Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, and custom applications.
- Experience with enterprise integrations, authentication, and data architecture.
- Knowledge of security, access controls, performance optimization, and platform governance.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and architectural decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) credential.
- ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA), where applicable to the role.
- Experience leading large-scale, global ServiceNow transformations.
- Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks and cloud technologies.
