  • Follow site safety, security, change-control, data-integrity, and documentation requirements.
  • Track project deliverables and progress in Smartsheet.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated hands-on DeltaV v16 or v15 configuration and engineering experience.
  • Practical experience with DeltaV Batch using the ISA-88 standard and DeltaV Live Graphics Studio.
  • Experience working in GMP-regulated pharmaceutical or biotechnology manufacturing.
  • Ability to develop customer-specific content from control-system configuration, recipes, equipment, and graphics.
  • Working knowledge of GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11, and ALCOA+ data-integrity principles.
  • Ability to deliver technical instruction to automation engineers and functional instruction to manufacturing, quality, engineering, and HSE audiences.
  • Ability to work onsite as required and comply with customer site, safety, and security requirements.
  • Strong written, facilitation, stakeholder-management, and technical-troubleshooting skills.

Tools and Technologies:

  • Emerson DeltaV v16.LTS or v15, including DeltaV Explorer, DeltaV Batch, Recipe Studio, DeltaV Live, Graphics Studio, DeltaV Diagnostics, and DeltaV Simulate.

  • Continuous Historian, Event Chronicle, batch historian, OPC UA, Open REST API, Edge Environment, and Enterprise View, as applicable.
  • Alarm management aligned with ISA-18.2; graphics design aligned with ISA-101; lifecycle and validation practices aligned with GAMP 5 and 21 CFR Part 11.
