Workforce Management (Back of Stores); Workday implementation & WFM integrations (UKG WFC & PRO).

Must Have:
8+ years BA experience
UKG WFM (Kronos) WFC & PRO (incl. manual testing, test strategy, risk & compliance)
Workday integrations (strong preference)
Agile / SAFe, JIRA & Confluence
SOX compliance, strong communication, fast-paced environment

Role Focus:
End-to-end requirements, process mapping, gap analysis, UAT, and implementation support
